Mail order ice cream?

Yes – you read that right! The Sisters ship ice cream in the mail. We ship it frozen using dry ice so it stays frozen upon arrival at your doorstep. You need our ice cream and we love shipping it — it’s a perfect symbiotic relationship.

Where do we ship?

We ship to anyone in the United States! Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time, but we’ll keep you posted as we grow!

When do we ship?

We typically ship mail orders out on Mondays and Tuesday. They usually take anywhere between one to three days to arrive. If you would like your ice cream to arrive on a certain day or shipped at a different time, send us a message or include a note in your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We ship using UPS, so the order typically arrives when UPS normally makes deliveries. If you are shipping to someone else please check to make sure someone will be home the day it arrives.

What sizes does your ice cream come in?

Our ice cream now comes in 16oz pints and cute little 4 oz single serves. Both are available for mail order.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes – for pints a minimum of 4 must be purchased. Our single serves come in a variety pack of 18. For Wellness Syrups a minimum of 2 syrups must be purchased.

Can I send ice cream as a gift?

Yes, of course, because who wouldn’t love to receive ice cream as a gift! You can even add a special note in the order. And, while we do ship the ice cream frozen, we suggest telling your recipient that a package is on the way since it should be opened as soon as possible upon being delivered.

Where can I buy your ice cream and wellness syrups?

There are a variety of ways to buy Sisters of Anarchy Ice Cream! First is directly from our website through mail order. Second is at a growing list of retail locations throughout New England. Lastly, you can find us at a variety of events in Vermont and beyond. Check out our events page to find the most updated list.

What is the refund and return policy for mail order?

If for some reason your ice cream doesn’t arrive frozen, take a picture immediately and send it to fulfillment@sistersofanarchyicecream.com. Sometimes shipping errors do occur and we will do our best to correct the issue. Because of the nature of our products we do not take returns. Do you offer catering, group gifts, corporate gifts, events, etc?

Well, yes! We love to ensure that we meet our customers’ needs. Each year, we cater many weddings, corporate and family events. For group and corporate gifts, we feel that our ice cream provides a unique and fun offering that the recipient will definitely enjoy and remember.

If you would like ice cream at your event, but don’t need full catering service check out our Single Serve Ice Cream. If you are in the Vermont area, we can offer a cooler and cold plates to keep your ice cream frozen during the event. Our single serves come in 8 awesome flavors and include a novelty spoon!

Do you have gift cards?

Why, yes we do! Check out our gift cards page to purchase a gift card that can be used in our online store. If you would like a gift card to be used at events, email us at fulfillment@sistersofanarchyicecream.com to inquire.

Where can I find allergy info?

First, our ice cream is entirely nut free, so that is not something you have to worry about! Secondly, we do offer a variety of gluten free flavors. Please see individual flavor pages to see a list of ingredients. We are currently working on creating dairy free sorbets available on our website, but these flavors can be found at events.
