Because of the nature of our products we do not take returns. If for some reason your ice cream doesn’t arrive frozen, take a picture immediately and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Sometimes shipping errors do occur and we will do our best to correct the issue. If the Sisters made the mistake, we will reship the package.
The Sisters will contact you to issue a replacement or credit if any product(s) are damaged or spoiled as a direct result of shipping. Otherwise refunds are not given.
