As 2021 winds to a close, we’ve been taking the time to reflect. Yes, dear customer, this is our attempt to wrap up our year in a neat little Snapchat-ready, Facebook-friendly Year in Review.  Wouldn’t it be cool to know how many scoops of delicious ice cream we scooped? Or how much fruit we produced?  Or what Farmer Bob is thinking?  With this in mind, we share our Sisters of Anarchy Ice Cream year in review with all of our loyal followers, so you can understand what an exciting year-in-review it was.

In the last 12 months we hit the following milestones:

-Added five new ice cream flavors–They’re a Rainbow, Chocolate I Want Candy, and three non-dairy sorbets

-Served our premium ice cream at over 200 events throughout New England including farmers markets, weddings, food truck festivals and so much more! 

-Scooped more than 40,000 scoops of small-batch ice cream 

-Sold nearly 10,000 pints of ice cream

-Introduced 4-oz single serve containers of our premium ice cream

-Harvested over 30,000 lbs of fruit at our farm

-Began selling frozen fruit in bags year round at select retail partners

-Created the ever-so-popular Farmer Bob Instagram series with six installments (check out these cheeky, 30-second clips)!

-Finally (!) started selling Sisters of Anarchy Ice Cream t-shirts

-Added 3,500 row feet of new fruit plantings to the existing 32,500 row feet for a grant total of 36,000 row feet under cultivation

-Gave our website a facelift making it easier to navigate and 

-Very importantly, received a coveted Value-added Producer Grant from the USDA in support of expanding our ice cream brand

We can’t wait to see what 2022 will bring. New ice cream flavors, tons of events, and who knows, maybe even some more merch (hats, anyone!).  The Sisters like to celebrate all types of wins, so don’t forget to pat yourself on the back for just showing up to work this year. Better yet, reward yourself for just being you by eating delicious pints of premium ice cream!
