From the very beginning, our ice cream has been nut free and free of other problematic oils such as coconut. Our nut-free approach ensures that people across Vermont (and the rest of the world!) can enjoy our product safely sans swelling. We take pride in our Vermont heritage and the local ingredients we grow at our farm and use to create our ice cream. We strive to craft ice cream flavors that not only taste amazing, but are also free of many of the key allergens, including nuts and gluten. 

In this pursuit of excellent taste, we keep things simple. Our Raspberry Beret ice cream tastes just like the farm-fresh raspberries that we grow ourselves and use in the ice cream. Why should raspberry ice cream include gluten?  The simple answer is that it should not and does not include gluten!

So, whether you have gluten-sensitivities, nut allergies, or need something dairy free, the Sisters got you covered. We take cross contamination seriously, so even though we produce ice cream flavors that have gluten or dairy, we ensure the best cleaning practices between production runs. At the bottom of this page, there is a list of our allergy friendly flavors.
